First Choice Student Accommodation have been letting student properties in the City of York for 16 years.

We try to ensure that our students enjoy their stay with us and are always available to help with any concerns or problems relating to the tenancy. There are no letting fees or hidden charges to pay and the rent for each property is always clearly stated.
